Since retiring I find myself sitting in front of the T.V. or computer to often and I'm already seeing and feeling the effects of it. A walking group seems like a good place to start.
Sorry, no, not really.
I'm not sure, I'm pretty much up for most things at a beginning level.
I'm retired and need to get and stay in shape so I can enjoy my retirement years.
I was surprised at the size of the group that showed up. There was also people of different age groups and fitness levels. All seemed welcome.
