Hello fellow LLCHers!

I wanted to start this group as means of meeting other Lesbians in the community. I was part of a Lesbian Coffee House in Austin and was one of the event planners. I met so many cool women through that venue, that when I relocated to the Lexington area, I thought this would be a good opprotunity to recreate the specialness (is that a word?) of that environment.

This group is a place for Lesbians to meet, connect and network in a safe environment. It is not a dating website or a place for "hookups". If you are looking for this, there are several websites that are geared towards those types of encounters.

This is not an actual physical "coffee house" but rather a centralized place for women to create activies and get the word out to other members. We need others to share ideas for activities and post where, when, how much and it will be shared with the rest of the group.... then all you have to do is show up! Folks are encouraged to host Meetups. Just contact me if you are interested!

We do not invite men to our events, but children are included in some of family activities.

The Lexington Lesbian Coffee House (LLCH) website has a cost associated, although we will not ask members to pay anything to be a member. However, if you are Lesbian owned business and would like to sponsor the Meetup Site and have some advertising, please contact me for more information.
