The goal of this book group is to read a wide selection of fiction and non-fiction books on lesbian and queer themes or titles that were written by lesbian or queer-identified writers. While it helps to have read the book in advance of the meeting, it is not specifically required. You should feel free to join the group if you just want to listen or hang out with other queer women.
Meetings were previously held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm at Politics and Prose Bookstore's Coffeehouse, The Den, found downstairs at 5015 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20008, but are now being held virtually via Zoom.
