Road Trip to Austin: Let's Grow LLWL Meeting

This month we reached three milestones: we are celebrating our second year in Texas, we now have 8 chapters, and we have just passed our 1000 member mark! I had no idea my little lunch group would develop into a movement, but it's time to think about how we can improve it and give the gift of liberal lunches to other women in Texas and other red states. It's time to give some real thought to how we can grow this organization and become a force in liberal politics on a local, state and national level.

If you would like to help grow our vision, please join us for discussion and fun in Austin. We can build this organization into something that politicians will have to take notice of, and we can help turn Texas blue forever. If Texas is blue, the White House will be blue for generations!

Friday we will meet and discuss our vision and how to grow your own chapter, and Saturday evening we will party with our liberal gal pals. That meetup will be posted later.

Please join us. If you think you will stay the night, I will do what I can to make arrangements with a hotel for discount rooms.

All the best,

Annette Maxberry-Carrara, Founder

Hey Gals, I really wish I was down there having fun. Instead I am at the Apple store in Southlake trying to get my new IPad set up. I may not survive this nightmare. Too much to tell you here. Hope to see everyone soon.

It would be so great to have someone represent Ft. Worth at this event. We will have fun planned that evening, so plan to stay over. Call the hotel at[masked] and give them discount code[masked] for a 20% room discount. We need your input, so if you can't come, at least send us some agenda items.

I'd love to join you, but we have rodeo tickets for that day.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
