Liberal Ladies Monthly Dinner - Central/Mid Phoenix

You don’t have to be a die-hard Yogi to dine at True Food Kitchen. You need only a desire to give your body nutrients, and your palate something memorable. The basis for Dr. Andrew Weil’s anti-inflammatory diet isn’t meant to deprive a healthy body of great flavors, it’s meant to take popular trends in cuisine and pair them with healthy living. Try the kale and quinoa, you’ll live longer. Drink the seabuckthorn and acai, you’ll feel better. At True Food Kitchen, we want you to feel better, live longer, and make your mouth happy in the process.

*As always, please keep your RSVPs up to date*

If you haven' already seen this video from the University of Louisville Medical School, take the time to watch it. Senator Rand Paul is introduced at 3:42 into the video and speaks until 39:06. If don't have time to watch all of it, move the cursor to 36 minutes and listen to his response to a student's question. Then ask yourself why the GOP has been so successful in their attacks on the Affordable Care Act.

We should go there again and try to get the room. It was hard to have a group conversation over the restaurant hubbub, but we managed a little of that and we had good conversation with our dance partners sitting next to us. See you next time!

I am so sorry. Just had to cancel--I have been sick all week with this horrible cold and sore throat. Coming to an event with this group is a top priority. I just finished a move back from San Diego so please don't give up on me yet!!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
