In Orwells 1945 classic "Animal Farm", the pigs declared that "all animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others", thus reflecting a bastardization of the idea of equality and the destruction of social order that results.

Equality under the law is one of the most important premises of a free society.  We don't need no super-class ruling over us nor is that even a possible route to free and peaceful associations.  This article, written my Mises in 1961, gives his thoughts on how & why the idea of 'equality' has been twisted.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
