The Pursuit of Happiness: What Works and Why

Brand New Workshop that will change everything you thought you knew about happiness.

"The Pursuit and Achievement of Happiness:

What Works and Why!”

Everyone wants IT…or more of  IT,… so what is IT? ??

It’s happiness!  The elusive feeling you have but want more of.

In our consumeristic society we mistakenly believe, “When I have ___X___ I’ll be happy.” (X being: more  money, a relationship, a great career, etc., etc.).

This is a brand new workshop, loosely based on the ground-breaking book, “The How of Happiness”. You will learn what really works to ensure you get and stay happy permanently.  Whether things are going great for you now or not, this workshop will leave you with concrete ways to get more out of your life!

Grounded in research (not purely opinion), this University study was completed with double blind clinical trials and peer reviews.

We are going to use their findings to discover:

·  What is happiness and why should you want more?

·  The critical importance of goals, authenticity, activities, time balance and relationships in maintaining and increasing your happiness

·  Measure your actual level of current Happiness via a research test

·  Uncover how your mood and life satisfaction influence your happiness

·  Learn the impact of genetics, experience, circumstances and activities on your happiness

·  Understand the surprisingly effective “5 Prescriptions of Happiness”

You will leave with some incredible new tools and inspiration to make this year your happiest ever…by far!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
