Speed Networking Evolved!

Speed Networking EVOLVED

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SPEED DATING EVENT.  YOU WILL BE TALKING TO PEOPLE OF BOTH GENDERS TO FOSTER FRIENDSHIPS.

We ran this event in January to rave reviews … so we thought we’d do it again!!

Let’s face it, networking events these days are pretty much all the same; idle chit-chat about what you do, where you work, the weather, the economy and other mundane topics ... all the while never really getting to know the interesting and unique side of the person sitting right in front of you.

The best way to build solid, long-lasting friendships is to really get to know someone on a deeper, less superficial level to see if you like them as a person.

So, we decided to break the mold and create something a little different!!

Experience meeting new people as you never imagined possible.  Connect with fellow group members on a more authentic level in a fun and fast-paced environment.

So, how does this all work you ask?

Everyone will be seated in pairs of 2 … at the conclusion of every 5 minutes one of the people will get up and move to the next table … and it will all begin again for a new round!

So what makes this so unique?

At the beginning of each round you will be given a fun and thought-provoking question to ask the person sitting in front of you to help break the ice and make the conversation easier and more playful.

A few sample questions you might be asking and answering are:

- Which movie character would you like to live your life most like?

- If you could be anyone for a day (living or deceased), who would you be?

-  What's one place on this green earth you need to travel to and why?

- What’s one thing that never fails to make you smile?

At the end of the event you will have met oodles of people … try doing that a regular networking event!!

This unique workshop is facilitated by two trained professional life coaches.

Our facilitator’s for the event will be:

Barbara Katz

Barbara is a trained Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California and has been awarded a Practitioner Certification from NLP Canada.
