I practice yoga and meditation, have for 2 years. It's mix of vinyasa hatha yoga, and things my teachers have picked up in kundalini and tantra. The meditation is a mix of theravadan vipassana and yogic pranayama, bandha, and mantra. I'm just curious; looking for an opportunity learn and practice; so I'm just seeing what you have going on. :)
