Life Coaching and Confidence building

This is a new and exciting group that will offer Life Coaching and Confidence building to a small informal group.

The aim is for a small group of us to get together every month or even week, to discuss our goals and aspirations, then plot a path to these goals. Through an understanding of ourselves we aim to offer a progressive and positive advice.

Hopefully this will help build your confidence in a small friendly atmosphere, nothing is expected of you, and you give what you can. All is valuable there is no right way.

I hope many people joins so that we can get together and I can help people with their problems.

I am a trainee mentor at light house international. I hope we can all learn together.
