Each time we meet there is a Personal Development and a Goal Setting component. The topics covered in Personal Development are Values, Beliefs, Being Yourself, Speaking your Truth, Head vs Heart Listening, Trusting yourself, Self Confidence & Self Esteem and much more. Then there is always an exercise on each topic so you get an opportunity to embed the learning. People always say this is an invaluable part of the group.

Then you will set a Goal for the next month that is achievable but is also a ‘stretch’ for you. Don’t worry, it’s not scary….you will be fully supported in achieving it. Many people have set amazing goals and achieved them such as applying for a job and getting it, being more social so going out more, selling a business and creating a new future for themselves and much more.

Taking small steps to achieve a goal is a great way to start.

Everything in “Life Mastery” is based on my 15 years+ experience of personal growth from my OWN unique journey of struggles throughout my life. I have overcome the death of a dear friend, learnt to give up ‘being right’ to create connection in relationships, and listened to my Heart thus resulting in creating a new life with two young children after a marriage breakdown.

My background is many and varied….I have worked in Office Administration, Travel, owned a weight loss business and business coaching organisation, work at a leading university teaching business management subjects, and currently own Aspire to Life (www.aspiretolife.com.au).

“Life Mastery” is all about “Having Fun and Learning to Master Your Life”. You will connect and relate to like minded people. A time to have Fun and Learn about Yourself at the same time.
