What is Trance Coaching?

Omega NEI Health Trance Coaching could be compared to a mixture of guided meditation, visualisation and hypnosis, although it is much more intense and goes much deeper than these techniques.
A Trance Coaching session has a profound effect on the brain. New synaptic complexes are formed immediately, and they create a holographic pattern for a new, desired identity.
I am using the ‘Rapid Speed Trance Hypno Induction’, which will very quickly bring you into the alpha state, a state in which your brain waves slow down. You are deeply relaxed and yet fully aware.
From there on I will guide you through a process of letting go of the patterns and beliefs you don’t need any more and together we reprogram you for the new desired outcome that we’ll state in the beginning of the session, let it be health, success, or living your full Potential.
Each session will end with programming your system for rejuvenation, revitalisation and to restore your self-healing powers.
