Release & Renew with Gratitude

Is something holding you back from your highest potential?

Reclaim your power!

Join us for a transformational evening of meditation, liberation, growth and empowerment.

This tried and true practice will allow you to flourish in ways you never thought possible!

Release ~ We will face each of our current obstacles that are holding us back from succeeding in life. Too often we get attached to thoughts, habits, people and decisions that prevent us from reaching our goals. It’s time to break free!

Renew ~ We will focus on the things that we love about ourselves that we would like to once again instill into our daily lives. There are many positive qualities that each and every one of us have in which we so easily forget. If there are qualities that you feel you’ve always lacked that you would like to acquire...I invite you to believe that you have at least experienced those things at some point in time in your life and to welcome them back in. We are much more incredible beings than we seem to give ourselves credit for.

Gratitude ~ We will back up our self-worth with the things that we are grateful for. The more thankful and appreciative you are, the more gratitude and love you will receive in return. Break down those walls you have ever-so-carefully built up around your heart and learn to share your love with others. With this, your heart will be open and willing to receive abundance in many ways from both the Universe and all of the beautiful souls in your life.

You will be guided through each topic and open discussion is invited and welcome, but not forced. We understand that this is a time in which sensitivities are high and each person’s boundaries will be respected. We will meditate upon each of these topics, holding space, making space, and filling up with all things magical. For a heart that swells does not break, but makes room for more love and abundance.

Hello ladies!!!
My friend and colleague, Jessy Niscala Hoffman will be leading us through this amazing exercise she developed to release old blockages and more forward powerfully.

Please bring a notebook or note cards. We will be sitting outside, so wear something comfy.

I look forward to seeing you and reconnecting!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
