While my journey has taken me to many unexpected places, the common theme is that life is an exciting adventure and I learn with each step. I have gained many tools to make life more fun and less stressful. I'm eager to learn and share even more!

What do you love most about your life right now?

Life is growing increasingly magical! I love sharing what I am learning, thereby learning on an even deeper level.

What would you most like to change/improve in your life right now?

To share my insights and wisdom and to continue to learn my life's lessons in more joyful less stressful ways. To continue to expand in love and appreciation for each person who touches my life--and yes, that most definitely includes you! <3

Thank you so much, Lark, for all the restaurant suggestions. I did recently eat at Elote and did not know they had a special off menu selection, but the waitress was wonderful in asking if we were vegetarian and suggested some items. I will keep my eye out for all your other suggestions.....Thank You !

Hi Lark, I am new to Sedona and in the Village of Oak Creek. I am a vegan at home, but must say "flexitarian" when eating out....have not found too many restaurants that serve strict vegan, so I occasionally stray:)
