Lift Up Atlanta Volunteers Message Board › Food and Clothing Donations for the Homeless Needed
Just a quick note that we are accepting food donations for the Thanksgiving baskets. Phillip Rush Center (1530 Dekalb Avenue in Atlanta) has donated their space on November 11th from 12:30pm to 3:30pm to drop off all donations.
We will also be accepting clothing donations at the Rush Center location. Please clean out your closets and bring all your gently used clothing. We are also collecting winter wear such as coats, caps, gloves, scarves, new socks, and blankets.
SecurCare Self Storage and Medlock Self Storage have generously donated storage units for us to fill up so we can help someone in need this holiday season. Lets show our appreciation for this donation and fill it up to the max.
We will also be accepting food donations at the Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church (3700 Pleasant Hill Rd in Duluth, GA) on November 15th at 6pm.
