As your organizers are volunteers and don’t get paid for organizing this Meetup, all we ask of you is to show up when YOU have RSVP’d yes. There is often a wait list and when you don’t show up, you are preventing someone else from going. Changing your RSVP to no last minute is just as bad because people on the wait list automatically get moved to the yes group with little or no warning and are unable to participate on such short notice.

Likewise if you are on the wait list and you decide that you cannot make it if you are notified last minute, you should change your RSVP to no. Have respect for your organizers and the other members and don’t be a NO SHOW.

We realize life happens and you might need to change your RSVP late, but recurring offenders will be removed from the group.
