Meditation Monday - an Evening of Kundalini Healing with Catherine Odita

Tonight, we are sooooooooo honoured to have special guest:

Catherine Odita  (Sada Nam Kaur )

....who will guide us through a Kundalini Meditation for Healing, & Rhythm (mantra and mudras) followed by a brief Yoga nidra.   "Yoga nidra" is a sleep-like (lucid sleeping )state which yogis report to experience during their meditations.  It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.

*(Optional / but suggested):   Please bring a white/light coloured scarf or hat to cover your head as this helps to seal the energy generated within your body (this will change your experience)  :)

Catherine Odita
(PhD, MA, MSc, MCMI, Pg. Dip, BWY Dip,
BIIAB, VTCT Dip, KHT Dip, NADA, KYTA,
ECDL, ECDL(Adv) NOCN,SSE fellow,  Cert Ed, BSc (hon), IB)
is a gift to us all!

i wrote all of her accredited titles for you, because i don't think she would reveal them herself.   My experience with Cath is that she is such a LIGHT-FILLED, HEART-CENTERED being who gets things done!

She is a community builder,  sister/mother/Goddess, full of life & enthusiasm and is truly a JOY to be around.
She has so many gifts to share and i am so excited that she has offered to share Kundalini with us... ENJOY and let's all be so thankful for what we have manifested for ourselves here in beauty-filled Loverpool!     xoxo -diZsa

so.. my personal 3-letter title for her is not "V.I.P."...
it is:    Catherine Odita, V.A.P.  (very aware person)  ;)

come experience more of your true being-ness with other like-minded souls.

This is a FREE, community event.  namaste.

It may have been a language problem! . During the last meditation i was singing the mantra like that " Sat" "tan" "a" . I realized it after a wile. ;-))))
did it happen only to me?

oh.. i didn't see that part at all... just read the define part (of Sa Ta Na Ma) and thought it was pretty good, basic....

Luca.. hopefully it changes it with the "a-Ma" at the end ;) <3

Is it just me that finds it weird that Satan literally means birth, life and death:)

Powerful at many levels. The gongs took me to some deep places especially involving third eye area. I know this is a meditation group but have wondered if it would be possible - valuable even - to have just 10 mins or so at the end for people to COLLECTIVELY share their thoughts & feelings about some of the experiences they have had.

great idea! we have done this many times in the past and then also sometimes been speachless after certain meditations (just completely in our heart space)...
yes, i think we were a bit short on time to do that during the Monday evening.. but please everyone feel free to share your experience here as always... <3

SHAZAM thankyou's last night was fantastic i didnt know you could do such things with gongs, never mind bring the sound of the soul to the ear of others to reverb back in to there soul.
i normally meditate to flute & sitar music which leaves me calm, last night i felt invigorated with strength of cosmic vibrations & up for a climb on mount everest. i felt like id run a few miles afterwards. very groovy feeling.
and thankyou is to all who was there. its wonderful to finally meet like minded humans who dig the same things i do.
its nice to be able to feel that you can talk about what you belive rather than getting laffed at or told to be quiet like i do by all my friends & family.

everybody was like a bright shining star on a clear summer night. my mind was clear from the fog of confusion and its the first time this year ive been able to get deep enough into the self i was still able to meditate with my eyes open, i havnt been that deep for a long time. infact i was in a part of my mind that id never roamed in before the gong noise was as if i was listning to the universe itself not with my ears but with my spirit. anyways -
      Much Love to you all,
(over & out) the new guy.

an interesting point Anne but I am not sure this would be practical given our numbers. I think this site works well for people to say how they experienced the meditation.
I loved the gongs, I went to the beginning of the universe! Amazing.
Thank you Cathy and the woman who provided the gongs. (sorry I could not hear your name, but thank you to you)
Love and blessing to us all.
    Glad.
