The purpose of this group is to provide a rally point for those interested in Lean software and Kanban for software development.  This group is a loose association of software professionals (developers, business analysts, testers, project managers, executives). We have no formal membership, no dues, no requirements to be a member except that you are interested in better ways to build software.

This local group has an informal association with the global Limited WIP Society.  In fact, if you are new to Kanban and Lean software, your first stop should be the resources page at the Limited WIP Society site.

Our Charge:

• Provide face time (monthly meetings) for those seeking support for Lean software activities in the Kansas City Metro.
• Educate through local speaking engagements and community events.
