A spiritual seeker for years, I've studied and practiced Yoga (Bhakti, Raja and Hatha) Judaism, Vedanta and Buddhism. I've come into Science of Mind and finally found something that stuck! I appreciate that it helps to enhance all that I've learned over the course of my studies.
It means to go into work with the idea, just a notion, that things can be better. It means I have just a tiny bit more control than I've let myself believe- and that control is what I'm thinking at a moment. It means that I need not let anything get to me. As they say in Buddhism, Pain is inevitable- Suffering is optional.
Science of Mind is helping me settle, better, into the flow of life. I want to expand on that.
