What spiritual beliefs to you bring to the group?

A spiritual seeker for years, I've studied and practiced Yoga (Bhakti, Raja and Hatha) Judaism, Vedanta and Buddhism. I've come into Science of Mind and finally found something that stuck! I appreciate that it helps to enhance all that I've learned over the course of my studies.

What does the phrase "Change your thinking change your life" mean to you?

It means to go into work with the idea, just a notion, that things can be better. It means I have just a tiny bit more control than I've let myself believe- and that control is what I'm thinking at a moment. It means that I need not let anything get to me. As they say in Buddhism, Pain is inevitable- Suffering is optional.

What change or expansion do you desire for yourself?

Science of Mind is helping me settle, better, into the flow of life. I want to expand on that.

Hello, my friends, I found you! I am so happy you have developed this group and look forward to seeing it soon!
