Agile for the Executive

This meetup is for you, if you are an executive/leader that is considering agile,--or bring your executive/leader if you have been discussing a move to agile.

In this meetup, Kellie Morrell will be focusing  on how Executives/Leaders can start their Agile adoption; what barriers they may encounter and how to reduce or eliminate those barriers.

•Background: Software Developer, Data Modeler, Project Management (Traditional and Agile), Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Piloting, Scaling Agile and Enterprise Agile 

I am passionate in assisting individuals, teams, programs, and organizations in transformations in a way that develops high performing teams that deliver value.  I  believe in servant leadership and the power that Agile thinking and techniques can bring to an organization.  I  have helped organizations in financial services, transportation and healthcare industries.
