Hello! We are a laidback weekly running group for all the runners around Capitol Hill.

We meet at the Lincoln statue in the middle of Lincoln Park, which is located between 11th St and 13th St directly between the Capitol and RFK Stadium.

On Wednesday nights, we meet at 6:30pm and do a ~4 mile loop. During the winter, the route goes down/back East Capitol, looping around the Capitol and 7th St NW.  There's a ~3 mile option if you loop around at 3rd St instead.

We will be starting a Saturday morning run very shortly, so stay tuned!

ALL paces are welcome! And any suggestions and feedback are always welcome also.
