Join Us For Our Free Circuit Training Boot Camp :)

FREE Circuit Training Saturdays! A 50-minute non-stop intense workout. You will sweat off the weight, you will burn calories, you will gain muscle. All levels welcome. We vow to never give up on you. For we will do everything in our power to help you reach your goal. We operate in a judgement free zone to facilitate your comfort. We promise you will progress.

This Class consist of running, walking, climbing stairs, floor exercise, abdominal  workouts, squats, jumprope, and much more. You always have the option to perform the modified version of any drill! This allows beginners or anyone with a minor injury to comfortable fit right in. Build your strength and endurance to perform the unmodified versions of the drill when you see FIT (pun intended :)!! All while moving to be beat of the music. Bring your family, bring your friends. 

Their are two entrances to Riverbank State park! You have a choice of 138th or 145th & Riverside dr. The closest entrance to the track is on 138th & Riverside dr. If you click the map and hit the satellite view, it will show the exact location in the park where me meet (At the end of the football field right inside the track area). Need further assistants locating us?
