Sushi is a favorite of many, often comes with a hefty price tag. So why not save some bucks and learn how to make it yourself?! This is a hands-on culinary class where you will learn, prepare, and of course, eat your fill of various kinds of sushi!
This class is geared to those who enjoy eating sushi, but would like to learn how they are prepared - which is where all the fun is! Together, we will learn how to make both maki (rolls), temaki (cone shaped hand rolls) and nigiri sushi. Feeling lazy yet creative? No worries - we'll cover chirashi sushi (sushi rice bowl) too. Please come hungry & feel free to BYOB!
