The first restaurant that comes to mind is called Thai Am II. It is a Thai/sushi restaurant in St. Petersburg that serves unbelievably fresh sushi and rich, savory, distinct Thai food.
I have not dreamed of creating a cookbook, but I have dreamed of putting together a foodways symposium where people come together to share different dishes and explore international/local food culture.
I am a teacher of writing and a writer myself. I would love to be involved with the blog and magazine
I am an amateur foodie. I teach a food course at DePaul University and I am interested in exploring Chicago's food culture, especially anything off the beaten path.
