France. I have always wanted to go there. As a Pastry Chef I would eat my way through every pastry shop, bakery and resturant I could fit into. And i know its kind of cliche, but I have always wanted to sit in a French cafe with a chocolate crossant and a coffee. :)
My favorite adventure was when I was 25 and my roomate at the time and I drove all the way to Toranto, Canada. We stayed in Torantos' China town. We hung out at local bars and coffee shops and talked to locals to find the best places to eat and visit.
I live in Brookfield and my two favorite resturants are Nicksons and the Marion Street Market. Nicksons has a seasonal menu, but my favorite item on the menu is the Fried green tomato grilled cheese and the foodie salad(this always has seasonal and fresh veggies in it, I love it.) The marion Street market is great because they also have a seasonal menu. Plus they do wonderful bloody mary brunches and wine and cheese tastings.
