What's your favorite restaurant in the world, where is it, and what makes it so wonderful?

Right now....two tiny - hole in the wall spots. l'ange 20 in Paris, and le moulin gourmand in Cadenet Provence! France. Tiny spots, hand crafted food, great value, great flavors which are memorable.
