In the world??? Yikes...haven't been everywhere. For now, I'm really liking Bistronomic in Chicago for consistently good stuff like seafood or celery root appetizers, killer venison topped with fois gras...and great service. Chef Noguier always seems to be on hand to greet diners. Have great memories of special occasions there with my mom.
I created a virtual restaurant for a class once. The menu was mezes or appetizers from all over the Mediterranean. I figure when the virtual restaurant is successful enough, folks will want the virtual cookbook...avatar or 'ave a taste?
Freelance copywriter with cooking school background who lives and eats in Chicago but does not have Anthony Bourdain's palate. Hoping to find some interesting folks to dine and maybe cook with.
