A hard one. It changes all the time and so depends on the company, the day and the menu choices. I recently had a wonderful lunch in Napa Valley at Tra Vigne. Patio, fresh mozzarella prepared at the table, let us order half entrees and half glasses of wine to taste more...mmm.
