LOVE the idea of eating healthily and losing weight :)
Most people's conception of "raw" eating is uncooked meat and inedible vegetation! Far from that "raw" simply means eating foods in their natural form, devoid of meat actually, and full of healthy and pure ingredients that aren't exposed to high temperatures. It helps your body regain homeostasis while helping you save money and time spent waiting for something to come out of the oven. I couldn't recommend a better person to pass on the raw recipes and the "how-to's" of eating "raw". Andreea explains the effects that certain ingredients have on the body while she shows us how to put it all together. A learning and eating experience not to be missed! Besides, you already have some of these staple ingredients in your kitchen pantry whether you realize it or not, and this just shows you how to combine them into something delicious and nutritious :)
