Hi Katreya,
The waiting list is automatic, when as a place becomes available the next person is automatically added in. The waiting list is in order with those who joined it first higher up. The anomaly is that if you have a +1 it will only add you in if 2 places become available at the same time. This means you have less chance of getting in if you have a +1, as when only 1 place opens up it goes to the next ‘single’ person on the list. I hope that helps explain things :o)
