You have seen billboards and TV ads advertising Casino Arizona's "dim sum" at their Eagles Buffet. They have a dedicated dim sum table (no carts to come to your table) featuring 10 different kinds of dim sum. Some of the dim sum items are very delectable, like chicken feet, pork sui mai, beef sui mai, shrimp har gow, pork riblets (cut up), tripe, pot stickers, sticky rice wrapped in tamale leaf, won ton soup, and more. The dim sum is only offered for weekday lunch from 11 -3. The Chinese dim sum cook, said all items are homemade. Julia would like your company to try this dim sum buffet.
