Running is my fav....but I love body blast and any class that incorporates cardio and weights. Intervals are a must!
Yes....I eat mostly fruits and veggies, but try to get lots of healthy protein too! My Vitamix and chocolate are hard to live without:)

I enjoyed the variety of people...Linda gave some great info on adrenals. I went crazy about nuts:) But Ted stole the show with his heartfelt testimonial and his 10 lb sack of potatoes! He did an amazing job on the detox program and an amazing job explaining it. We are getting a great turnout and lots of interests in Live Long Well:) Tea & taxes was a fun event! Loved all the valuable information and the variety! :)
