Hormones factor into all that we think, feel and do. They've been blamed for everything from mood swings to mania.
Three crucial categories that influence hormone balance are stress, nutrition and our environment.
In addition to learning about endocrine disrupters and hormones deceptors in our environment, you will pick up stress management tips and learn about foods that help balance hormones and the foods to avoid.
In addition we will demonstrate yummy recipes that will excite you and inspire you to include more hormones balancing foods in your diet!
