Ready to take your raw food prep to another level?  In this 2 -day hands-on class you will learn:

  • How to make dehydrated staples – Pizza Crusts, Tortillas, Crackers & more
  • How to ferment nuts and seeds into delicious, heathy, non-dairy cheese
  • How to ferment vegetables for nutritious, probiotic-filled live foods
  • How to use sea-based thickeners to make delectable desserts

Class size is very limited to ensure personal attention.  Prerequisite, Raw For Real Life Level I – or proficient knowledge of raw food prep.
