Why Raw Food?

Since we are what we eat, raw foods are unaltered, treated, organic, and whole-somely good for us. No karma diet is the best!

Have you ever fasted? If so, what kind of fast? How often?

Yes and at least twice a month I try to fast on simply more water, fruits, veggies, nuts, and oven baked veggies, too.

What do you believe are the miracles of raw food? What is your favorite raw food dish?

When I was travelling in a women's activist group in San Francisco, my colleagues opened my eyes and tastebuds into the delicious raw food cuisines ever pallatable. It was cucumber alfredo, the cucumber was thinly-cut to a noodle texture. yum!

How do you think peace in the world is affected by health and well being?

"Thousands of people say they "love" animals sit down 1-2 a day enjoy the flesh of creatures utterly deprived of everything that could make their lives worth living who endured awful suffering, & terror of the abattoirs -Dr Jane Goodall, PhD

Greetings I've been vegetarian, growing towards vegan and more raw foods for the past few years now. My son and I love raw veggies, and always trying to learn about keeping good health, body, mind, and spirit.
