Just starting out in Paleo and really looking for more info. Hoping to cure my acid reflux!!! I am 4 days without Prilosec and only minor heartburn from large Easter, non-Paleo meal.

Thanks for the link Gina. I have been Pilosec free for the last 2 months!!! Doing Paleo at about 80%. Had to take 1 pill the day after I area small gluten free pizza. Won't do that again. Thanks again.

Man! I am jealous. I am a member here - but live in AZ. We have a pretty strong Paleo Meetup group - but haven't had a great event like this. I have family in MA and hope to one day visit your meetup group. Also, a little north of you in Maine is http://www.arthurhaines.com/. Are you guys familiar with his work? I miss the North East.

Laid up with Lyme disease and cellulitis! Don't think I can manage this. Bummer all around. Have fun. I know I would if I could.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
