How did you find out about Paleo, Primal, and/or Ancestral Lifestyle?

Robb Wolf's Paleo Solution and Going Against the Grain by Melissa Smith were my first introduction - followed by Sisson, Nina Planck, Gary Taubes, Matt Lalonde, Tom Naughton, and then the rest below.

What aspects of this lifestyle interest you most?

In no particular order - movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, spirituality, and functional medicine

What kinds of paleo meetups would you like to attend?

cooking classes, restaurants, farm tours, potlucks, presentations, seminars, BBQs, walks, hiking, etc.

What are your favorite resources for learning about paleo?

In no particular order - books, blogs, podcasts, seminars, etc. from Robb Wolf, Melissa Smith, Mark Sisson, Dr. Matt Lalonde, Nina Planck, Dr. Lustig, Dr. Lindeberg, Dr. Cordain, the Jaminets, Weston Price, Paleohacks, Ancestral Health Society, Gary Taubes, Denise Minger, Tom Naughton, Sarah Fraguso, Drs. Eades, Dr. Kurt Harris, Dr. Cate Shanahan, Dr. Peter Attia, Chris Masterjohn, Chris Kresser, David Asprey, Dr. William Davis, Dr. Eenfeldt, Esther Gokhale. etc.

What's your favorite paleo recipe?

Always experimenting/learning - multiple from Well Fed Paleo, Paleo Comfort Foods, and Ancestral Table, and various internet recipes that I have "Paleofied," (removed legumes/grains and in some cases dairy)and my own adapted recipes from my Asian Indian family and in-laws. I like worldwide flavors - Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East etc.
