I am always researching different nutritional beliefs and trends in health and wellness. I stumbled upon pale, read "It Starts With Food", and I have been paleo ever since!
I love eating fresh, local, real food, and I support any lifestyle that encourages that. I have seen first-hand the positive effects of sleeping well, eating delicious fresh food, and avoiding processed food and chemicals that have caused health problems for me and others that I know in the past.

Love the Whole9 group, paleOMG blog, cookbooks, networking, etc. I am constantly reading about the paleo lifestyle trying to learn more and expand my knowledge.
Too many to list... I have made 50+ recipes in the past month including everything from coconut crusted wild cod with mango/avocado/tomato salsa to pancakes to apple cinnamon pulled pork in the crockpot to apple/banana/walnut cookies... I have pictures of them all to share!
Hi! I'm Ali and moved to Boston last year. I just moved to the South End and have been paleo for one month. I love to cook, explore the SOWA market, and chat with all food-lovers and people interested in paleo and diet/nutrition in general.
