Room 1: Jon Parsons of Parson's Fitness presents "Plant Powered Results...A Guide to Plant Based Exercising"
This lecture will dispel the myth that we can't build and maintain a healthy physique on a plant-based diet. Learn how a plant-based diet will improve recovery time from an exercise bout, will lower body fat, and improve lean muscle mass and increase bone density.
Room 2: Dr. Nicole Gullick presents "The Emotional Aspects of a Plant Based Lifestyle" Despite our desire to adopt a healthier lifestyle, there are often psychological and emotional barriers that stand in the way of making changes. Discover the root causes of your challenges and learn how to break through these barriers. Dr. Gullick will share with you simple tools and action steps for making permanent changes that will help you reach your health goals. Become a happier, healthier you and start living the life you want!

12 noon - 1:30 p.m. Lunch & Keynote. Mike Chaet, PhD is a Spiritual Nutrition Counselor at Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, Arizona. He will be presenting "The Whole Health Warrior" - a discussion regarding being your own personal advocate for becoming the healthiest you possible. Learn the magic of living a full spectrum life through the Seven Sacred Practices.
1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Room 1: Dr. Ted Crawford and Chef Kathy Iannocone present "The Dairy Dupery: The Biggest Nutritional Scam in American History"
Dr. Crawford will discuss the dangers of dairy and why we, as Americans, have been continually led to believe that "it does a body good" and why it really does the opposite! He will explain osteoporosis and its real causes and why dairy plays a major part in actually causing it. He will also explain the direct link between dairy consumption and the production of cancers of the breast and prostate. Vegan Chef Kathy Iannocone will prepare some foods that are dairy free and calcium-rich.
Room 2: Dr. Dee Ann Saber and Raw Foods Chef Arlene Siegel present "Gut Health and the Plant Based Diet"
Dr. Saber will discuss the importance of healthy intestinal flora, and Chef Arlene Siegel will prepare some foods that are beneficial for intestinal health.
3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Main Room: Dr. Sal Tirrito and Chef Elaina Love present "Raw Cardiology", emceed by Chris Whitcoe and Jared Keen.
Dr. Tirrito, a/k/a The Raw Cardiologist, will explain how a raw food diet is beneficial for cardiovascular health. Raw Food Chef Elaina Love will prepare some foods that are heart healthy.
