Thank you for these two beautiful recipes that were left on the table yesterday.

Tossed Green Salad
Butter Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Snap Peas, Carrots, Avocado, English Cucumber. Dressing: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, onions, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper

Baked Polenta with Marinara and Vegetables
Polenta, Diced and Crushed Tomatoes, Spaghetti Sauce, Black Olives, Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms, Carrots, Zucchini, Vegan Mozzarella. Salt & Pepper, red pepper flakes, fennel seed, cumin, canola oil

Baked Teriyaki Tempeh
Trader Joe's Island Soyaki, Trader Joe's Organic 7 Grain Tempeh cut into thin strips or 3 big squares cut in 1/2 lengthwise making thinner squares. Trader Joe's Sweet Hawaiian Onion chopped, Trader Joe's frozen pineapple tidbits. Bake it all in foil for 20ish minutes at 350. Trader Joes Tahini to go with it. Eat with salad, on sandwich or bun.

I didn't add nearly enough sauce to the ones I brought, and sometimes I put a whole onion's worth of chopped onion.
