Feeling authentically happy as much of the time as possible.
In addition to my interest in Blue Lotus Heart, I've sought reflexology, reiki and Network Care, and recently attended a 10-day Vipassana Meditation course.
Most days, I fall asleep listening to a Holosync meditation from Centerpointe and apply Blue Lotus Heart as needed.

Since learning some of the tools of Blue Lotus Heart Chi Gong, I've been much calmer in crowds and better able to know what's my "stuff" and what is not. A boon to my emotional well-being.
