TACOS and Essential Self Sunday Supper

Great News! Angela is Leading us Sunday Evening!

Here's Her MENU:

Build your own TACOS from a Buffet of Fillings :

Shredded Lettuce, a Mixture of Seed and Bean Sprouts,

Fresh Tomatoes, Walnut Taco “Meat”, Fresh Tomatillo  or Salsa,

Cashew Sour Cream, ALL layered into a Cabbage Leaf "Shell."  

Accompanied by Gazpacho Soup

AND a variety of Melon Slices for DESSERT!


After dinner Angela will introduce the concept of the “ESSENTIAL SELF” and lead us in an Exercise of Creating a Sanctuary or Sacred Space where we can access the Wisdom of our Essential Self to deal with life challenges more Skillfully and Wisely and “GRACE-FULLY”!

 As always Donations of $10-20 are appreciated! Sliding Scale! NO ONE turned away!

    Hi! Terry:
    I have several Raw Recipe books that I like a lot.
    Gabrielle Chavez has 2: Alive in Grace and Raw Gourmet or something like that. (There are several recipe books with similar name, so look for Gabrielle's name as author.) A really nice, easy book is Jennifer Cornbleet's Raw Food Made Easy!
