Steven will lead on the PEACE theme, including Flute and Toning, while Susan leads Vocal Toning, along with the Flute!

This promises to be a rich and rewarding Sunday experience! Don't miss it!

This was a magical evening around the fire with just the Christmas lights and Advent candles. Steven's flute, Alex's, gorgeous piano accompaniment and Susan's leading us in toning our chakras did bring peace to the room. Great conversation and abundant, tasty lovingly prepared food! Thank you Trinity, Chelsea, Brad, and Alex!

Ditto on that! Thanks Steven, Alex and Susan for the music. And thanks to those who lovingly prepared all that wonderful food! The nut milk was the best I have ever tasted!! I was definitely in a state of peace then, and now as I am remembering it.

Your absolutely welcome Gabrielle. Angela it is wonderful you mentioned the nut milk as most favorable as it was the single item that all 3 of us had a hand in preparing, I suppose we create can create wonders in even simplistic things when our energy is combined.

Anyway I could get a ride from someone to return home? I can get to Kairos alright, it's the return trip that I'm concerned about. I live in 2nd and Burnside, if anyone is going in that direction! Thank you.

Sorry I won't be present ! I am still immersed -- or should I say, entangled-- in my papers.

This is my first outing with this group. I'm new to this way of cooking and hoping to learn from seasoned rawies while sharing some laughs.
