Do you currently write any kind of original material? If so, what kind?

I write copy for all my marketing as a dance and health instructor and also for my workshop manuals.

Have you ever written creatively? What was your experience with that?

um, no, creative as in no purpose but enjoyment or self-satisfaction? That would be no.

Are you interested in experimental writing for self-discovery? What are your thoughts about this?

My first thought is I don't have time. I feel like I write in my mind constantly, so as to help myself communicate better with myself internally and externally, as if there is someone 'out there' who wants me to make sense...

Have you any interest in being published? Tell us about that.

I feel that at this time in my life if I do not write a memoir of my 23 years in massage it will be a missed opportunity and more.

Does writing for its own sake, without any goal of publishing, interest you? Tell us why.

Not really. I am an active person, sitting still and writing is satisfying only really when I have spent most of my energy not in the chair. It's just me. I admire people who can have a discipline to churn out books. I am a voracious reader, but in bed only, as a prelude to sleep.

I'm more a 'lurker' and resist calling myself a writer. I have written for magazines and some local newspapers, have done professional copy editing and almost always in my field of health and dance. I have taught esol (English as a second language)
