Winter is fading fast and if you're like me, you probably have a touch of Spring Fever! Here's a great chance to get out of the house, taste some fun wines, and meet some other wine-minded folks.
We'll meet in Vita's private room for a wine flight paired with appetizers. Vita's wine director and chef will work together in pairing three wines alongside three unique appetizers. We'll have the chance to taste through the flight together and chat about the wines and how they work harmoniously with Vita's creative cuisine.
The cost of$25.00 (taxes and gratuity NOT included) includes a tasting flight of three different wines alongside an individual plate of three appetizers. Everyone will be responsible for their own tab, payable directly to Vita the evening of the event.
The following three wines will be served at our event:
- Windsor Sonoma Chardonnay
- Cloudline Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, OR.
- Don David Malbec, Medoza, Argentina
Here's a little about Vita from Westword:
"Highland has become Denver’s hottest restaurant neighborhood, and from the stunning rooftop of Vita, with its view of the Platte Valley and downtown beyond, you’ll feel on top of the world. And definitely above the LoDo fray; this is just the spot for those who enjoy drinking outdoors without having to fight plastic-cup-carrying crowds. During happy hour, Vita attracts all kinds, enjoying an afternoon in the sun while sipping 2-for-1 glasses of wine while snacking on $5 bruschetta and $3 pulled-pork sliders."
