Here's an opportunity to taste a portfolio of wines from Colorado's most decorated 'urban' winery! The Infinite Monkey Theorem (IMT) has taken Denver's wine scene by storm ever since it opened in a converted quonset hut back in 2009. The winery has since expanded and is now located in Denver's RINO arts district. Wine maker Ben Parsons has earned accolades from several wine trade magazines around the country and for good reason!
IMT sources only the best quality grapes from Colorado and beyond and crafts elegant, if not cultish, wines. IMT offers a Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Blindwatchmaker Red Blend, and several other varieties of wine.
We will meet at Amendment XXI on Saturday, December 15th from 5-7pm to sample up to four wines from the Infinite Monkey Theorem. A representative from the winery will be on hand to talk about the wines and answer any questions.
All the wines featured will be available for retail purchase and discounted for those who attend the tasting event. Here's a great chance to pick up some last minute Holiday gifts!
BONUS: Our neighbor, the Cellar Wine Bar, has agreed to carry the same IMT wines and will be offering special pricing that evening for those who attend the tasting at Amendment XXI. So, you can swing by Amendment XXI, sample a few wines, grab a bottle or two, and then move the party next door to the Cellar and enjoy some IMT wines by the glass!
Please note: This is an in-store tasting event at Amendment XXI. Wine samples are complimentary and therefore limited.
