Holiday Game Bash VII

Please join us for one of the best local gaming experiences of the year!

The Holiday Game Bash is in its seventh year and has been a local event that gamers look forward to all year.

WHEN: December 8th,[masked]:00 AM – Midnight

WHERE: Rock City Music Hall

A full day of game events are scheduled that include board games, roleplaying games, card games, miniature games, historical games, and more! It doesn’t matter if you know how to play the games or not as as friendly folks will be there to teach and help with the rules. It’s all about having a fun time with friends new and old! Join us for a couple of hours or join us for the entire day! For just $10.00 / person you can have hours and hours of fun.

WHEN: Saturday, December 8th. 9:00 AM until Midnight. Tickets are on sale now and limited to only 150 attendees! This even has been sold out every year, so get your tickets now! Tickets are $10.00 each!

WHERE: The Holiday Game Bash will be at the Rock City Music Hall at 5326 State Rd., Parma, OH. It is about 1 minute from the I-480 / State Road exit and a great central location to all of the Greater Cleveland area. If you’re not familiar with the Rock City Music Hall, it is right next door to the Rock City Tap House! This location is a great place for all of the gaming to occur in one large hall. Not only that, but the Rock City Tap House has incredible food at very reasonable prices. Although we don’t serve food or beverages as part of the event, the Tap House certainly does and you can bring it in the hall too! If that food doesn’t suit you, State Road Pizza is next door and a Sub-Shop just a few yards away! Parking is across the street as well as area side streets.

EVENTS: There is no extra fee for any of the gaming events, join in on any of the games and have a great time. There will be scheduled events as well as open gaming!

GAME RAFFLE: All attendees will receive 3 free tickets for our game raffle where over $1,000 worth of games will be raffled away! Additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the even, but we are limiting to only 20 additional tickets per person. The Game Raffle will be conducted approximately 8:00 PM. You do not need to be present to win if you can’t stay the entire time.

RSVP NOW: Tickets are $10.00 each and sell out fast!

    Personal Holiday Game Bash announcement:

I just recently found out that my phone has been "out of service" for the last few days and have not been receiving any voice mails, txt, and so forth. So, if you have tried to contact me personally via phone about the Bash I have not been able to get your messages. So, please contact me here on meetup or through email. Also, I know that 3 members have requested carpooling. Sadly, my late night job is not letting me leave work till 8 am so I will not be able to supply carpooling. Because, this job is only 30 mins. from the Bash I will be just heading straight there. Sorry, about my job changing my schedule but, with this being our busy season the overtime is mandatory and as shipment dictates. I hope that those members are still able to attend and again I apologize for my schedules unpredictability.

Events list is now up via HolidayGameBash.com website. Just click the section marked events booklet then download the listed games sheet. Don't worry if the game you wanted to play isn't listed. I can almost guarantee that there will be tons of unlisted gaming going on in the open gaming sections. If you have any questions for me about the event or any of the games that I am running, please contact me.

Hey James. I have some d&d books I'd like to sell at the silent auction, but I'm running a game at the same time as the auction. Can we work around this somehow?

Hi Matt! All of the events will take a 'pause' during the silent auction and raffles. This is so everyone can maek sure they are getting in on the action.

Thanks for the constant updates of this event. I can't believe that it is still two months away and we are already down to half of our tickets. I also wanted to post that I am willing to help anyone who wants to host something for this but is confused on how. Please post below or message me. I will be talking about this event at all meetups for our group and am willing to sit down and help you submit your event/s.

I was wondering, is this event kid (10-15) friendly?

I would be hesitant to bring children who may start crying or don't like loud noises as that could annoy people and it can get pretty loud there.

Hello, Ray! Yes, this is a family event, but please rmember that people might have alcohol (if they purchase from the bar next door). we've had younger children attend that play games and are familiar with the the appropriate behavior expected. I would presume that 10 or older are just fine.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
