Sunset Paddle and Clinic Series at Lodi Lake

As the season starts to wind down I would like to take some time to offer up my services for some more instructional type paddling. The format will be the same as our normal Sunset paddle. Free if you have your own kayak and $25 for a Headwaters Rental, but instead of just paddling up river, I'm going to hang back and teach a free clinic for those interested in learning new skills. This next week I will focus on paddling techniques and foundational skills. Everyone will benefit from learning or reviewing the basics. The fallowing week we will get slightly more advanced with strokes and blending strokes. I'm excited to teach you guys. Please let me know if you have any questions or things you want me to cover. Also there will still be a group that just paddles up river for those who want a laid back evening of kayaking.

What a GREAT group with everyone helping and supporting each other. Dan explains and demonstrates the finer points so well. I got extra practice with T-rescue reentries but I got better with bracing turns!

Thanks again for the wonderful lesson. I can control my kayak much better now. Learned that there is more to JUST PADDLING. It is more fun now!!!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
