“ There was lack of structure as I assumed along with many other people who attended this event for the first time, that there would be some structure, I had an appointment with one of the Recruitment Consultant but this was double booked, and I do not know whether the other individual had an opportunity to meet this person. It would have been more beneficial for example if when our badges were provided to the people, then there was another member of staff who could have taken 5 or more people and discussed each department, albeit briefly, this way there would have been structure. I found a complete lack of structure, and realised that from the initial large turnout, by 20:20 the room was half empty. This may have been due to the fact that some people had to go back to their dwellings but other people did stay behind, as I did briefly. ”
