How to sell Agile to mid managers

Please note: you can only book tickets to this session 14 days beforehand

The event will be held in the upstairs room at The Plumbers Arms. The sessions are informal and we are happy for you to eat the pub grub / drink during the meetup (the pies are pretty nice).

The pub's site gives directions: http://www.taylor-walker.co.uk/pub/plumbers-arms-belgravia/c0685/

First time at this group but really enjoyed the discussion, i think sleepy fox and Eugene did great especially as some of the conversations tended to drift of topic, i liked the point of selling agile as a risk management product too and also some of Mikes comments on not forgetting your dealing with people as good communication is just as important. One thing that did pop into my head was the philosophy of Servant Leadership, if middle managers adopted this then (not going to be an easy transition) life for Agilists would become so much easier.

Really liked Sleepfox's comment on selling agile as a risk management product.

The discussion went a bit off track at times. So perhaps an additional session on selling agile to directors and CEOs would be popular

I'm on a coaching course next week so Eugene will be hosting this. At least there's one more place for you :)
